Sacred Journey Recovery Mobile App Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to use of the Sacred Journey Recovery mobile application. The app is an invite-only recovery support companion for authorized Sacred Journey Recovery participants and staff.
Eligibility and account access
You may use the app only if you are authorized by Sacred Journey Recovery. There is no public self-signup. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for notifying support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Recovery support, not emergency care
The app supports program engagement, communication, scheduling, sobriety tracking, fitness, and related recovery support features. The app is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or need emergency help, call 911 or local emergency services. Crisis or support links in the app do not replace emergency services, clinicians, or program staff.
Medical and clinical guidance
App content is provided for recovery support and program participation. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent addiction or any medical condition. Follow the guidance of Sacred Journey Recovery staff, clinicians, and qualified professionals.
AI fitness features
AI fitness features require in-app consent before use. AI-generated workout guidance and chat responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Stop any exercise that feels unsafe and follow staff or clinician guidance first. Do not use AI features for emergencies, crisis support, medical advice, diagnosis, or highly sensitive disclosures.
Exercise content
Exercise data and videos provided by MuscleWiki.com
Exercise videos are provided for streaming within the app. MuscleWiki's branding must remain intact. Do not download, redistribute, or re-host its exercise media.
User content and community conduct
You are responsible for the content you submit, including messages, posts, uploads, support requests, and AI chat messages. Do not submit content that is threatening, harassing, unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or that violates the privacy or rights of another person. Do not share another person's private or health information unless you are authorized to do so.
Program moderation and access controls
Sacred Journey Recovery may review, moderate, restrict, suspend, or remove access to app features or accounts when needed for safety, security, program operations, policy enforcement, or legal compliance.
Privacy
Use of the app is also governed by the Sacred Journey Recovery Mobile App Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and how deletion requests can be made.
Availability and changes
The app may change over time and may not always be available. Sacred Journey Recovery may update, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for program, security, compliance, or operational reasons.
App stores
If you downloaded the app through Apple TestFlight or the Apple App Store, Apple may have separate terms that apply to your use of the store, TestFlight, device software, or app distribution services.
If you downloaded the app through Google Play, Google may have separate terms that apply to your use of Google Play, Android device software, or app distribution services.
Reporting and blocking
The app provides in-app tools to report posts and messages, block or mute other users, and report offensive AI-generated fitness chat or workout-plan output. Reports are reviewed by Sacred Journey Recovery staff. We may remove content, restrict features, or take account action as needed for safety, program operations, and policy enforcement. Reporting tools do not replace emergency services; if you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the crisis resources provided in the app.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as a support tool without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
